Refund policy

Return Policy
Items purchased from Klaas & Kubitza GbR can generally be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. During this period, you may try and inspect the product as is customary in physical retail stores.

The product must remain in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product may only be removed from its packaging if the packaging is not sealed. If you wish to return the item, you must inform us accordingly. You can notify us of your return by email at info@kk-airsoft.de.

Please note that you must return the items within 14 days after informing us of the return.

Processing Your Return
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the returned item and then begin processing your refund. Your money will be refunded via the payment method you used for the purchase unless you have requested an alternative refund method. We will issue your refund within 7 days. You must bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following types of products cannot be returned:

• Products that have been custom-made according to the customer’s instructions.
• Sealed products that cannot be exchanged once the seal has been opened.
